    objects You can discover exactly how and why they were inspired at the exhibition in The Belfast Room from 14th October A Fantastic Launch of 26 Treasures at the Ulster Museum 26 Treasures extended until 14th November 2011 We opened the 26 Treasures exhibition at the Ulster Museum on 14th October 2011 with much joy and excitement Many of our contributors were there in full voice as well as supporters friends and the BBC listen to the interviews on Radio Ulster www bbc co uk iplayer console b015zz0p Michael Longley and Lucy Caldwell read their sestudes to rousing applause before John Simmons officially opened the show And what a show Read about toe nail clippings and shriveled skin then peak inside a box to see them animated on a hidden digital display Feel a father s love while walking through a wooden frame that reminds you of being scared of the dark There is a song performed and recorded especially for the event and an evocative lament is accompanied by a stags skull festooned with peacock feathers Glenn Patterson and Michael Longley catch at up at the launch Hardly surprising then that the wonderful people from the Ulster Museum are
