    6 whereas 3 months ago it was off the richter scale at 10 3 I noted the numbers which are as follows Total cholesterol 5 6 HDL 1 8 Non HDL 3 8 Triglycerides 0 7 So it looks like the change from saturated to unsaturated fats has worked which is really pleasing I ve got to have it tested again in 3 months but the specialist is not concerned and does not think that I have an underlying cholesterol problem I had the full works with regards to blood and urine samples so there s nothing else going on with me and I m as fit as a fiddle I ve been advised to follow a Mediterranean style diet which to be honest is what I have been doing for the last couple of months I m on a pretty high carb threshold now 100g or so and regularly eat whole grains and some fruits Still nothing
