    Merchant Services Apply Now PayPal Options American Express Payment Gateway Support Knowledgebase HTML Form Wizard Support Resources Support Options About Us Company History Blog Partners Contact Form PayPal Error This transaction is invalid If you receive an error message using Paypal that reads This transaction is invalid Please return to the recipient s website to complete your transaction using their regular checkout flow you have PayPal s Express Checkout turned on but you are not using PayPal Direct Payment The Express Checkout feature can be turned on in the Cart32 administration under Cart Settings and Paypal tab but it doesn t prompt you to change your payment processor under the Enterprise Tab to Paypal Direct Payment The Express Checkout requires this Paypal Direct Payment and will cause an error on ALL PayPal transactions for your client by giving the above error message if PayPal Direct Payment is not turned on If you are using a payment processor other than PayPal Payments Pro you will have to turn off the Express Checkout feature or NONE of the paypal methods will work If you are using PayPal Direct Payments follow the steps necessary to set it up under the Shopping Cart tab

    Secure in the cart The error usually reads This page contains both secure and nonsecure items Do you want to display the nonsecure items It is a common misconception that when this error appears your information is now being passed unencrypted The cart is still passing it s information in an encrypted state It s merely a warning saying that there is an unsecure element on the page To fix this do the following Locate the image that you ve recently added to your checkout pages either through the Cart32 administration Appearance tab or on the Cart32 template file directly Ensure that the image is in a directory that be reached via https Without this it will still produce the warning Any elements on the page image css etc must be referenced securely https If you re hosted with Cart32 you can upload your file to your templates directory via FTP Once uploaded the image can be referenced as follows https www cart32 com yourclientcodehere images yourpicture jpg or http www cart32hosting com yourclientcodehere images yourpicture jpg if you re on Cart32Hosting If you don t have FTP access or have forgotten contact Cart32 Tech Support and we will get

    once using the Export Client Data feature in version 6 x or later of the cart This export will move all of your settings custom configurations orders etc out to a text file which can be imported later EXPORTING To do an export follow these steps Log into your Cart32 Web Administration Click on the File tab up top Click on the Export Client Data tab on the left Click the button labeled Start Export Now to start the export Once the export finishes you can click the link to download your export file Your export could take a considerable amount of time if you have a lot of previous orders Consider deleting old orders if this is the case Note It is best if you do not rename an export file as the naming convention is often used later when trying to import Common Error If the export progress is stuck at a certain percentage after several minutes the cart administrator will need to delete the file named ClientCode Export Progress txt where ClientCode is the name of your Cart32 client code stored in the Cart32 folder on the server IMPORTING To do an import follow these steps You will need to take your export file details on how to do that above and put it in your cgi bin cart32 folder where your Cart32 software is installed Log into your Cart32 Web Administration as the Administrator The dropdown list on the right hand side is called General Administration Open that dropdown list and choose Import Client Data There will be a link on the page that loads titled Do Import Now with the client code you exported earlier to the left Click this link to start the import BE ADVISED THAT DOING AN IMPORT WILL DELETE AND OVERWRITE
