    will continue to highlight multiple viewpoints on each place as well We also have a number of additional features planned that will allow us to get even more granular within the context of each neighborhood Thanks again for writing about us Lesterhead and if anyone wants to share ideas or thoughts I m available at Diana at NabeWise com Diana Sonis VP Business Dev NabeWise Log in to Reply anon August 26 2010 at 9 15 pm Sunny I second your response Couldn t have said it better myself Log in to Reply Sunny August 27 2010 at 8 51 am Diana I don t know who you are talking too but they certainly are not students who live her unless they are from wealthy families I have lived here since 93 and I used to split a 2 bedroom with 3 people for 1000 total on St James and Dekalb that apt now it 2200 and I know this because I know the tenant well now former tenant I live all over Clinton Hill and I have seen the rent sky rocket I am lucky I went to Pratt and I have a very good job that can afford me to live here But saying this neighborhood is affordable is a joke I have seen the makeup of the neighborhood change the demographic has changed greatly With that change rents changed Storefronts change 5 Restaurant in all of Fort Greene and Clinton Hill has turned into 50 restaurants Most all Pratt Students now are forced to live in Bed Stuy or the non gentrified areas of Wallabout and Clinton HIll to Crown Heights Yes the neighborhood is a lot nicer now than it was when I moved here It is a better place to live culturally I think not When was the last time you met a painter or a sculpture in this neighborhood It s rare now but it used to be full of these types of people but now they have moved on to cheaper neighborhood only to have those neighborhood change for the better and they will have to move on Yes this neighborhood is clean that is thanks to the residents it s also getting a bit sterile is that good maybe maybe not I suggest you find people who have lived here even longer than I have Anyone can research but please verify it with people who have lived here for more than 2 years I hate to rant but I feel it s needed here Log in to Reply alilamos August 27 2010 at 7 31 pm Okay I m gonna complain too sorry But I warned you But this is about Bed Stuy which of course a lot of Clinton Hill used to be One thing in particular annoyed me about the Bed Stuy description It said artists are moving into the area Bed Stuy has a long long history of being an artist community particularly for African Americans You can t
