  • Evil : This is Personal
IS personal This is all about personal choice and correct path So you can believe what Al preaches if you want to But you may want to have a look at the latest mess to see who you followed if you really do not want to take the longer path of educating yourself on Physical Science and the tenets of environmental control Powers In this report the victim reveals everything about Al Gore s character I believe her Not because I want to I would rather he was not what he appears to be But in any event I will not put myself in that sort of darkness That is the real and very inconvenient truth Al probably believes his own lies As most Law Enforcement personnel will tell you most good Con men do How else would they convert people into being true believers More truths from a Senate Subcommittee These folk s view is ahead of ours in the timeline of eco based legislature They come from a European POV They made a film about it too So on this Fourth of July do yourself and your country a favor We are at war Our men and women in the military live and die for the tenets of this country But behind the lines of our own borders we have other enemies and their strength is based on keeping the public in the dark about who and what they really are about So make the tenets you select be Truth based This is VERY personal It is about choice and yours matters It will determine what happens to this country and it s future generations Independence Day I like these guys The Shoemaker Brothers live their choices out loud This song is based on Samuel Shoemaker s own experiences as a US Serviceman It is called Dancing Girl As an example of a man I would follow there is Harold Estes Have a real Independence Day Choose Truth Walk in the light Posted in Blog Why An Independent Nature 6 Responses to Evil This is Personal Jim says July 2 2010 at 11 42 am An interesting take David and most timely of course many of us who have been Gore supporters chose him a the greatly lesser of two evils as is so often far too often the case in American politics It s a shame that the substantive measure of a man at least a political man in this age is in comparison to his rival rather than purely on his or her own merits Not sure we can say the sun has set on Gore s presidential ambitions but it s hard to not see clearly the world in a far better place had the Bush administration s eight years been given to a Gore administration instead Shrug it s a tangled web but it s also DAMN hard to find a good man an untainted man in national office I don t know of

same upbringing opportunity and choices I had been given I wish that they did So their talk saddened me a bit It said a lot about what this culture programs into children and how we inadvertently indoctrinate them and in process separate them from Nature thereby making them proselytes rather than active members of a vital ecosystem This is a great tragedy However the idea of the Ocean inspired the girls and gave them a sense of scale and of their significance in the grand scheme of things Sadly though they really could not nail down a specific memory of their first introduction to the Sea That last part said a lot It is what motivated me to write this piece accounting So this is who I am My name is David Franklin Pu u I am the son of David Wahinealoha Puu a Native Hawaiian waterman who served this country in the Military Defense and Aerospace industries who was the son of Kalani Pu u a Hawaiian singer and entertainer I am Kanaka Maoli by virtue of my genetics and relationship with the Sea That video reminds me of my Grandfather especially the voice The family history sort of meanders a bit at times but most accounts trace it back to the Big Isle where my ancestor Chief Kalani O Puu who appears to have been the Uncle of future king Kamehameha played a pivotal role in the slaying of Captain James Cooke at Kealakekua Bay When my Father got out of Engineering school at Marquette University in Milwaukee where I was birthed the family pediatrician explained that due to genetics my two brothers and I would likely never be healthy unless we were raised in a warmer climate So my parents moved to California I am 53 ocean years old I was born to the Sea on a warm Southern California afternoon when I was four On that day the water had become my home Imagine that 53 years in the water I remember the moment I met the Ocean with crystal clarity As I stood on the sand and watched a surfer glide to shore I knew with no doubt that this was where my life would be spent And at the chronological age of 57 I am here to tell you that my life has been and still is wedded to the water The Sea has taught me much But more than that she makes me happy and gives me peace and a sense of well being For 50 years I have engaged on a daily basis my home waters which range from the Malibu Coast up to Point Conception and out to the Channel Islands much as any Hawaiian would My colleague and friend Hawaiian Historian Tom Pohaku Stone once told me something that resonated It did not create any bright flash of enlightenment for me But it will help you understand who and what I am This is what he said The Sea is

socio fix as in drug fix designed to make us feel better But that does not creating a healthy economic nor environmental future In fact it is killing us all Those think tank events Well they make me feel better They give me hope There are solutions But we will NEVER see them implemented with any great positive effect anywhere with current lines of reasoning and regulatory control firmly in place because those control systems are out of step with both Natural Order and God They serve money They need to serve efficiency not entropy if there is to be any real level of public safety and sustainable progress implemented That is a common sense No huge mystery or complex formula is needed Here is a newsy fluff piece from the Huffington Post Many have probably missed it But it is a teensy telltale regarding what we did on the Gulf Coast and which was both facilitated and exacerbated by the EPA and the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management Regulation and Enforcement formerly known as the Minerals Management service Yea the acronym really does sound sorta like bummer Read it carefully This little story many will miss is a grain of sand type telltale an understatement possibly akin to the tip of an iceberg regarding what we did in the Planning Mining Regulation and Disaster Reparation process The disaster reparation process was the largest endeavor of it s kind in the History of the Oil industry It was massive in scope bigger than I can explain here in a few paragraphs But here is the deal really What we did was akin to holding a beach cleanup party In reality those are pretty stupid in the grand scheme of things because the waste should never be there in the first place And for every piece of waste you see Well there is a grand effect that you do not see Then there was the Corexi t Now today there is broad spreading death There is a lot of money to be made in all of this for some entities But not much efficiency So the net large investment is really just massive capital loss for the Nation and the World Corps just tack expense onto the cost of goods sold increase the price easy to do on an inflexible type commodity and maintain their ROI levels In effect YOU pay for what they and Regulatory control do or in this case DON T do Protect the Environment and National Interests Because in reality that is not what they are designed to do We really need to change this if we want our Nation s interest to be served If we really give a rat s ass about our children our heritage and above all our service to God There is something very pertinent and important in the concept of duty This must begin with us Dr Paul Craig Roberts on point essay on the importance of Biodiversity is one of

where he lives works and races in Oregon I may go My desire to be present is why I got be be there to meet and experience the men in the image below who do great things for the Oceans Blue Mind Wallace J Nichols is a Marine Biologist who I met while attending a series of conference workshops in San Francisco at the invitation of one of the Directors of Project Kaisei my globally thinking friend George Orbelian I have gotten to spend fascinating one on one time with J That man is PRESENT when we talk about life and the Oceans Here is a fantastic article written and published in Outside Magazine this month He is also on the cover If you want to understand what exactly needs to be done in order to be present in building a better cleaner more productive world and how both you and the Oceans can benefit read this story A notable excerpt and an item of great common water ground is right here below Whether it s a 92 year old or a two year old when they come into that blue space something happens Nichols says They grow quiet and calm but there s more to it than that When couples walk in they frequently start holding hands He says that if you ask people here what they re feeling they ll struggle for words Nichols finds this fascinating He also believes that if we can understand what really happens to us in the presence of the ocean which brain processes underlie our emotional reactions it could bring about a radical shift in conservation efforts If we learn precisely why we love the ocean his thinking goes we ll have an immensely powerful new tool to protect it J Nichols from Outside Magazine J Nichols our world Frequently I get to sit and talk or work along side some remarkably bright lights I see much commonality and brotherhood amongst them all but one of the focal points is their understanding of the value in being present This week I got to sit with Community activist Randall Richman here in Ventura When I got home K38 Rescue chief Shawn Alladio was sitting on my couch having just wrapped a Rescue Boat Operator course at Vandenberg AFB She stopped in and we spent hours together looking through digital assets discussing projects and well just being PRESENT in each other s lives Her blogpieces on the recent visit for post tsunami recovery and training for K38 Rescue Japan is a fascinating look at Marine Debris What Shawn Alladio and K38 Rescue is doing about debris is right here Soon after that I had breakfast with research Scientist Dr Andrea Neal of Blue Ocean Sciences who is also the Science Advisor for Jean Michel Cousteau s Ocean Futures Society as well as the Principal Investigator for Project Kaisei She is making inclusive being present type plans for a large number of fellows Recently Dr

and our forefathers which were placed at the masthead 234 Christmases ago This will require each of us We will need to love and support our neighbor as ourselves If we decide to take care of our own everything changes It worked for God That is why we have Christmas He took care of us So now we have an obligation We need to remember who that obligation is to The other night I listened to Samuel Shoemaker and his brothers perform a song entitled Dancing Girl The piece gives a very personal account of his experience in the Marines At the end I walked in to my girlfriend s little shop Sam s words had woken me up I saw something with greater clarity than prior Shoemaker Brothers Donna came back to America from her adopted home in Germany about seven years ago Determined to give the country of her birth another chance she built a business founded on her passion for the Ocean empowering women design and ethics She named it Betty Belts A couple years ago she branched out into retail when she opened her little boutique called Betty B Ventura Storefront Betty B and Donna Like many small business people in America her dreams and aspirations are simple to make a living and to inspire hope and positive change in her community Betty B As I looked around her shop I saw the handiwork of countless people in her fashion accessories and product mix And I realized that it was not just Donna represented in that shop but a cadre of human beings spread out across the globe who each contribute to what at first glance is just a tiny shop off Main St in Ventura California Handmade Christmas And then I thought of the recent battles in City Hall as our City Council continues to struggle with what to the community seems to be a subject worthy of civil war the choice of whether to side with the people they live with when setting policy or to oppress them It occurred to me that the ripple effect of poor choices by Governance at the City level has a global impact That was sobering A Christmas wish from Ventura Merchants Though I am embarrassed for my town and saddened by what I have seen City Government do to the people of Ventura what gives me hope this Christmas is that people like Donna persist Persistence is a very American virtue Donna s family is rooted in the History of this Country They helped found it She left that behind her at one point in her life And yet returned with a very global perspective in hand to engage in a manner that would make her ancestors proud Today everyone fights a hard battle just to stay afloat But my town being of pioneer stock and temperment will prevail and when it does so will America We need to remember who we are this Christmas and celebrate

in it to be followed by the acquisition of wisdom We cannot continue in our past vein of polarity in this country That is a tall order for a system founded on adversarialism to kill our penchant for choosing sides As I watch people lining up to do fund raising For the Gulf there are several big assed Elephants in the room Here they are described in brief The people of the Gulf States are screwed For a LONG time We have unwittingly created not just the death of an eco system but a vast economic death Giving money while a nice gesture and possibly short term help IF one chooses a charity that does not spend 90 cents of each dollar on infrastructure is not going to get those people out of the woods Think Third World desperation despair and powerlessness THAT is one of the elephants we have created If you watched the news report in yesterday s blog and know anything about the oil industry you will realize that it not only supplies oil but jobs It also is a filthy business It has been polluting the Gulf Coast for decades So IF you are one of those that is on the pole end that insists on the cessation of all offshore oil activity congratulations This could possibly occur You just raised the cost of oil and its minion of oil based manufactured products You also just killed off all of those people s jobs and welfare I am sorry to point out will be paid for by all of us Great more social and economic destruction Nice work Problem is that you use the oil every day too If you are on the other end of the pole you are all for headlong development More jobs Independence from foreign oil suppliers Less war and death and oddly enough the death of the Gulf Coast eco system already strained Since the Gulf Stream connects virtually 50 percent of the world s oceans directly you just quite possibly killed the ocean and the jobs and food source of millions of people Nice work once more Now for all you ignorant well intentioned self righteous pole sitters it should be pretty obvious our arrogance is the biggest elephant in the room Number Two is the massive loss of the eco system that will create a huge chain reaction of death and destruction in every realm Number Three is the death of the economic system of the Gulf States and another massive blow to the US economy We are about to experience unprecedented suffering in this country But there exists a Fourth Elephant Remember all the politically inspired Global Climate Change uproar which one of our corrupt leaders implemented Al Gore and his climate change make me some money folks Well between that lovely little volcano that spewed as much ash and toxicity into the air this past year as 20 years of US industrial output or more and the
