ART Mhmn who was going to put out a book This book was about the STAR GATE project and he asked me to take a copy of the manuscript that he had and read it And in the first chapter of the manuscript now remember everything was still classified highly classified in the first chapter of the manuscript was the list of names of all of the Viewers I went back and I said Courtney you can t publish this and you know if you do they ll confiscate your book or something and anyway I got him to take that first chapter out I asked him Where did you get this information and he said Well I got it from Ed Um when I was a kid watching the old WWII movies and all I knew that the absolute worst treason that any agent could ever do was give the names of the other agents ART Of course I mean you bite the cyanide pill and die before you do that and yet here was the entire list For the purpose of being published while this was still a classified thing Now the reason that upset me so much was because of another incident where Ed at a meeting had gotten up and told what I had done against Hussein and I called him on the phone and I said Ed these are crazy people with guns And I ve got a family here And he just blew it off Well the only purpose I could find for giving those names to Courtney to publish in that book while it was still classified deals with the idea of targeting for remote viewing If you have a name basically you have an address The history of Russian parapsychology has been more aimed at remote influencing than remote viewing or data collection And I I could still find no other reason for giving that information to Courtney than to have something happen to us And that upset me very much and I stayed around while Courtney not only took the first chapter out but also deleted it from his computer I wanted to make absolutely certain it was completely gone ART Hmmn I take it you gentlemen are somewhat familiar with the Courtney Brown episode that unfolded on this program with respect to Comet Hale Bopp They all say yes while clearly smiling Anybody have comments on it LYN I think he was set up for a trap and fell into it JOE This is Joe You know I I really enjoyed his book Cosmic Voyage I think it was a wonderful book I guess one of my problems is whenever someone needs to use remote viewing to validate their perceptions in a way that creates possible irresponsible panic or problems for the listening viewers then they re possibly playing with some ethical boundaries that need to be underscored or looked at ART Alright Ed Dames has complained bitterly that Courtney Brown modified the original protocols that you all suggest that you have maintained fairly closely the military protocols And I would like to ask if there s any basis to that but look guys we re at the top of the hour anybody here have to bail out or can you stick around a little bit PAUL I can stay on awhile LYN I m in for it JOE I ll stay awhile ART Alright done Then there they are This is kind of a gathering of the eagles something you will not frequently hear perhaps never has been done before I don t know My guests are Lyn Buchanan Joe McMoneagle and Paul Smith all three in the military project known as STAR GATE I m Art Bell and this is CBC break ART A gathering of eagles From project STAR GATE the military s remote viewing project my guests are Lyn Buchanan Joe McMoneagle and Paul Smith all within several hundred miles respectively of what used to be home base in our nation s capital And we ll get back to them in a moment break ART Lyn Buchanan Joe McMoneagle and Paul Smith all once again back Gentlemen before we get started I d like to ask you my webmaster is listening We ve got a link right now to the home page for Controlled Remote Viewing If you would like any other links up say so now and we ll get them up right away Transcriber note I didn t include this part of the conversation but here are the related web sites for these men Leonard Buchanan of Problems Solutions Innovations His related page is The Controlled Remote Viewing Home Page http www ameritel net lusers rviewer Joe McMoneagle of Intuitive Intelligence Applications His related page is The Cognitive Sciences Laboratory http www jsasoc com csl Paul Smith of Remote Viewing Instructional Services Inc His related page is The RVIS Home Page http www rviewer com End of notes ART Can any of you remote view the day when these damn WorldWideWeb addresses will get shorter and easier group laughter We will get those up ART Now before we leave the subject of aliens or dimensional beings or whatever it is you all sense and agree would be out there one obvious target in this area would have been the Roswell episode and I ve got a person faxing me from Los Angeles saying Somebody must have tackled that one Has anybody looked at Roswell and if so what have you determined JOE I can respond to that first I guess this is Joe ART OK Joe I had a private client who actually targeted me against Roswell and at the time of course I was totally blind to the actual target and what I produced was essentially a very accurate description of the location that was being targeted in Roswell which was the believed crash site There were some indications that there probably was an incident there but it did not involve an alien craft it involved a possible midair collision between some earth bound traffic And probably involved some materials that were sensitive ART And hence then of course the story about the weather balloon JOE Yes The data I had did not specifically match a weather balloon but it did indicate that there was probably an event but it was probably not alien associated ART Joe a fax for you from Orange County Art in reading Joseph s book MIND TREK which by the way I thought was a great book he talks about a stage in which he sees creatures or ghosts or spirits and the person wants to know Does everybody who remote views eventually get there JOE In regard to what they re referencing are some chapters in there where I was discussing my interaction with what you might call entities that this took place essentially as an experience outside of remote viewing I want to make that very clear While these may have been a personal experience that I think is valid they were not this information was not obtained vis a vis remote viewing I believe it s my personal belief based on 19 years of participation in the project and the remote viewing that I ve done it s my personal belief that we are by nature essentially existing in two worlds one foot in the physical and one foot in the spiritual and to ignore the experiences from the spiritual side would be tantamount to cutting off the left leg so to speak ART Alright Well then here s another good question Other than the remote viewing of Christ can any of you or do any of you aside from your personal religious beliefs in the context of remote viewing is it possible to confirm that there is life beyond the physical JOE I will answer that this is Joe again in my opinion yes But it s not life as we know it in the physical it s obviously something else And I believe that we do have frequent interactions with what might be termed as entities or spiritul beings and that they have profound impact on us as spiritual Beings ourselves in that those types of experiences because of the profound impact of them have exactly the same effect as if you were run over by a Mack truck in the physical world so they should be paid attention to and that s up to each individual what they do with that ART Alright this is for all three of you in the process of learning or in the process of remote viewing is there any danger to the remote viewer PAUL This is Paul Um I don t think so In my entire time with the program I never experienced myself or heard of anyone else experiencing anything else we consider dangerous I know there are claims out there to the contrary but you know I just don t know where that s coming from ART Well dangerous to the psyche of the remote viewer in other words that you might see things for example that would drive a person over the edge LYN This is Lyn could I jump in here for a second ART Yes For each person when you establish a sort of contact between your conscious and subconscious mind sometimes there are things that your subconscious and conscious have been waiting for 20 years to say to each other and there s a period of time generally when a person gets very sensitive very reactive to things fly off the handle easily and so forth but that gets over with Any real danger that comes to a person I think is basically caused by the fact that the subconscious is harboring a danger that is then let loose I have never had any or even actually known any person who has had a remote viewing session where the session itself or the target itself had a danger to the viewer I think what you carry into the learning process for remote viewing may be a danger to you but that danger s been there all along anyway JOE I d like to add something to that Lyn I agree with what Lyn and Paul have both said I ve never had a bad experience from remote viewing But I d like to underscore the fact that this is a very interesting experience remote viewing or being psychic and there are a lot of people that are on the edge to start with and when they re exposed to the rather radical changes in their beliefs or their constructs it can be very undermining or damaging to the psyche and there is evidence that a lot of people do sort of step off the edge and lose touch with reality in other words they become pretty much involved or caught up in the irrationality of it or they lose their stability or ability to deal skeptically with the material and what s going on ART Have any of you while remote viewing any target ever sensed or felt or understood there was another remote viewer in the area so to speak LYN Yes I did on several occasions meet a now let me preface this by saying that there was never any proof but in several sessions I did generally at random I met a Chinese remote viewer and actually over a period of time with several meetings sort of struck up a very good relationship there However there s no proof of that I never got feedback on it because of course we never knew anything about the project or if there was a project or who the remote viewers were for china and so forth ART Would it be your view they are probably still still have a project of that sort Either in China or Russia JOE This is Joe I can respond to that I can say that most emphatically that there are a number of countries Russia China Hungary a number of other countries that are very heavily involved in pursuing remote viewing and researching it It would be silly to suspect that they weren t using it for the obvious reasons that it can be used for ART And for that reason above all the others I ve heard so far again it s so hard to imagine that our own government would not do it knowing that there are others out there doing it So if I had to make a guess I d say we re still doing it But you guys say no PAUL This is Paul Of course anything is possible There s quite an extensive security secrecy infrastructure in the government and it is of course feasible that maybe there is still somewhere buried deep inside Langley or someplace a program ART Yes I also like Joe I ve also made inquiries of some contacts I have fairly deep in the system and as far as they ve been able to determine there s nothing going on And I can actually believe that just knowing the attitude of many of the very influential people out there in the government who disapproved heartily of the program I can believe that it s been written off not because it didn t work but because they re not comfortable with it ART Well then this is a very serious national security question If China and Russia and Hungary and other countries are doing this shouldn t we be LYN Absolutely This is Lyn Let me say that you re talking to security people here and so you watch for words When you asked this of Joe awhile ago his comment was that he doesn t know of any I would say the same thing To say that no there is not or yes there is I don t know of any and I ve had my friends and contacts which are also very deep don t know of any When people ask me about the closure of the project I say Yes THIS project has been fully closed And if they ask me about any others I very carefully word it by saying that the United States is the only country I know of which has closed their remote viewing project ART OK OK OK then let me carefully word a question If the three of you KNEW of an ongoing project here we are on the air could you say it LYN I wouldn t JOE I wouldn t either PAUL Nor would I ART Alright that helps PAUL Of course our answers might be different otherwise as well I don t know exactly how I d respond to it maybe no comment or something but we certainly wouldn t reveal it particularly because we know how important it could be we wouldn t want to jeopardize it But the fact of the matter is I m pretty convinced that both Joe and Lyn are the same with me we really don t know of anything going on and can indeed believe that it got the legs cut out from under it laughs JOE Let me ask you something Art ART Sure I can understand your disbelief that somebody wouldn t be paying attention to this But I can tell you from experience that there are actually people in the government in very high positions that still believe that psychic functioning or use of remote viewing is a violation of spiritual and theological reasoning and are vehemently and argumentatively against it just based on religious grounds So how do you deal with people that are still holding ART Well I guess I would ask you when Langely got religion JOE Well I m not talking Langely s not the approval authority LYN Let me also ask a question here Are you asking us whether or not our government has done something stupid group laughter ART I guess I am yes LYN I think it might not be the first time it s happened more group laughter ART Alright well look we talked a little while ago about remote influencing to the average person that s really frightening the ability to influence another s thoughts or actions at a distance So an obvious follow up question to that is would there be a defense against an attempt to remotely influence JOE This is Joe I had responded to that earlier and there s an additional comment I could make in that regard While there s evidence that there probably is a capacity for some form of remote influencing the problem has been that because of ethical and human use reasons whenever those experiments are done you have to inform the person the target individual that they re participating in a remote influencing experiment And as long as those particular rules are in existence it would be tantamount to impossible to know whether or not remote influencing is actually taking place as a result of unknown targeting or whether or not by virtue of the fact the person knows they re involved in that kind of experiment they re actually willingly opening themselves to being targeted So it s an issue that probably won t be answered until someone has come about with an approved protocol that can target individuals without them known or unwitting targeting ART Well there s a lot of talk going on right now of influencing of a different sort by the Chinese with regard to our present administration And one would have to imagine that if there is a Chinese project and if remote influencing is possible that would have been an obvious a major project would you all agree JOE This is Joe I would agree except that I haven t seen any evidence that the Chinese are in fact doing that so it s sort of a moot question I m not sure how anyone would evaluate the results of that PAUL There have been a lot of reports about the Soviets having been involved in that in the past But it s mostly kind of rumors and such again no evidence of course a thing of this nature would be hard to prove anyway but there were some interesting and quite wild stories about what the Soviets could or would be doing ART I ll bet there are Alright gentlemen hold tight we ll be right back to you A gathering of eagles I m calling it Lyn Buchanan Joe McMoneagle and Paul Smith all involved in project STAR GATE for the U S government which ran for 20 years using your tax dollars to remote view I m Art Bell break ART Good morning everybody Lyn Buchanan Joe McMoneagle and Paul Smith all in the government s project STAR GATE are my guests Just wait ll you hear what s coming up break ART Back now to my guests and gentlemen I have a fax here from Ed Dames s secretary that says the following and I would like you to react to it Art with respect to treason remember that General Stubblebine the Commander of INSCOM whatever that is was Chairman of the Board of Psi Tech when Ed went public in 1989 Would that affect anybody s comment with regard to the release of classified material LYN I would ask if this exonerates Ed Dames I mean does this mean that he didn t do what he did JOE I will add to that This is Joe Um one of the normal procedures for finding something out is to claim that someone else has already told you and then it s just a matter of validating the information by getting it from someone else This is a pretty common ploy and it s used by the media representatives many times in newspaper articles and things of that nature Because someone else said it doesn t make it true and it certainly is no valid reason for violating a the oath than an officer makes or the security oath that someone has committed to In Ed Dames s case I would rather not comment directly on him but I don t see it as a valid reason for what he may or may not have done PAUL I d like to weigh in a little on Ed s defense here I think treason is too strong a term here Treason implies that you re providing damaging information to a known enemy Ed didn t do that He was you know in the various venues in which he released whatever information he did um he was perhaps well I don t know what his motivation was but he didn t intend for that information necessarily to be used by an enemy or someone who wished to harm the United States You know of course by releasing it publicly you lose control of that information and you don t know what use it will be put to But that still doesn t constitute treason in the full use indecipherable of the word LYN Paul let me ask you something Do you know of any country in the world that doesn t have an open source literature office I mean San Marino has a little guy that sits in the building you know PAUL Right And the point I made was once you ve said it you don t know who s gonna hear it But intent is part of the definition of treason If you intend to release information to a known enemy that s Treason If you re just spewing it out maybe that s stupidity or maybe that s lack of care or something else but it s not treason ART Alright and to be clear none of you used the word treason treason was the word used in the fax perhaps reasonable interpretation or not reasonable of the allegation of release of classified materials ART So we ll leave that there On with this now Art please ask Paul Smith if he s ever RV d to find out where the 116 lost pages went Paul begins laughing for your information it s a Mormon thing that s from Ron in Birmingham Alabama PAUL And as a matter of fact no I haven t Part of the problem with remote viewing is you can t task yourself If you do then you re already asking for trouble ART Ah you know what the target is and you already have preconceived ideas about the target if you say oh I m gonna go remote view X then you re very likely to find that that s what you expected to find whether or not it s really there Um even if I were interested in you know going into these historical things and looking at all the past historical events dealing with my religion or any other religion if I were to task myself well the information wouldn t be valid ART You would have compromised yourself PAUL Exactly ART Alright Again it s inevitable Ed Dames has done something that will affect the entire remote viewing community He has released or is about to video tapes that purport to be able to teach the general public how to remote view At a price far less than the average remote viewing course apparently costs the public Do you think A it is possible to teach somebody with that method and B what effect will it have if any with so many people out there trying to remote view LYN This is Lyn I m hoping actually that it does work Because I would love to see this talent brought out in more people and I think overall it would raise the entire consciousness of humanity I know that in my own philosophy of teaching I find that every student is so individual that I m very adamant about individualized training And I know that Ed is too However I think many of the general rules of remote viewing the basic rules of remote viewing can probably be taught that way and I m very anxious to find out if it works like I say I hope it does PAUL Let me jump in here this is Paul I taught myself how to play guitar and it took me well I m still trying to master some of what would normally be elementary things to learn if you have an accomplished teacher It is possible to learn things on your own with books or videos or whatever but it s amazing how much of a difference a good teacher will make ART Sure I kind of echo Lyn s feelings it would be great if it was successful and I kinda wish Ed a fair amount of success in a quality video that can help people learn But nonetheless there s a lot to be said for having individual instruction particularly on something as nuanced and as difficult to grasp as this remote viewing functioning is JOE This is Joe I d like to add just one comment to that Lyn made a very good statement when he referred to talent Essentially within the research side of things we ve pretty much firmly established that every living human being has an inherent talent at being psychic Remote Viewing of course any instruction in remote viewing should be teaching the technology or the protocol whatever the approach should teach the appropriate protocol and while you can teach that technology you re gonna be pretty much stuck with the inherent talent within the individual as its displayed There is no existent proof that I m aware of at least from a research standpoint that you can expand or make someone more accurate than what their inherent talent might be ART Alright this is an area where you all disagree isn t it JOE No I don t think so LYN No in fact I agree very much ART Really In other words that the natural talent aspect of it is either very important or not very important LYN As far as this is Lyn as far as learning to connect to get a conscious connection to that part of your subconscious mind which knows the universe or the information that s out there that is extremely teachable How much of the out there your subconscious is able to bring in I think is a matter of talent And you know like teaching a person to play the piano there are some people who have the same number of fingers as the virtuoso and yet will never be in a concert hall even though they can learn to play the piano And this is very much true You can t expand what s already there I think the amazing thing to most people is how much IS there And most people who learn the remote viewing are just astounded by the amount of ability that they have in this field ART Alright Um you all have moved from the military program to the civilian program and I have not really asked you about specifics that you have targets that you have done as civilians so let me ask about a couple Has anybody remote viewed Flight 800 PAUL Well this is Paul I have In fact I did it did that in support of a project that Ed Dames had I ve done some freelance remote viewing for Psi Tech And in fact the drawings that I forget what program Ed was on but the ones he showed to the camera were sketches that I had made in the course of my sessions ART Oh they were that was of the uh I think it was a fuel pump or something PAUL Some kind of piece of machinery or equipment Of course I had not a clue what it was you know I just drew it ART So you then would agree with Major Dames s assessment that that was a mechanical malfunction PAUL Well my particular set of Viewings didn t really identify the ultimate cause I specifically honed in on that piece of equipment that that was whatever happened to that was a major contributor or perhaps the major contributor to the incident with the aircraft What made that malfunction I didn t get that ART Alright does that mean then that that particular piece of gear could have malfunctioned and caused the accident or that a missile without a warhead exploding could have passed through and hit this and then caused the accident PAUL That is possible at least based on my sessions Now I don t know what other Viewers Ed had work that particular project and he may have had some other more confirmatory kind of stuff as far as the actual initiator of the event But my particular Viewing didn t really confirm or deny some third party involvement ART OK you just came up with that particular piece of gear What about OJ Simpson Anybody on that one JOE I originally said and I still stand by it that while OJ my have had certain connections to whoever may have killed the two people that I do not think that he physically did it himself I believe that that was done by someone else and I don t think the real reason for that occurrence or the death has come to the forefront And we may never know exactly why they were killed ART At the top of the hour here it s getting late it s getting toward five o clock what I would like to do if I can is probably let Joe and Paul go and hold on to Lyn to ask questions of the answer questions of the audience if that s agreeable or we can hold on to everybody LYN Joe s coming out with a book if we could get some information on that ART Let s do it right now Joe yes I know you ve already written one book right JOE I wrote a book called MIND TREK Hampton Road Publishing Company in 1993 It s recently been revised and it will probably hit the stands in 10 days to two weeks and I ve added chapters on STAR GATE and some of the myths surrounding remote viewing And it s a pretty good compendium of information on remote viewing I ve also recently forwarded the follow on book to MIND TREK to my agent as of today or yesterday I can t remember and hopefully that will be seen on the shelves at some future date ART How do people get your books JOE There s a real easy way they can call a 1 800 number it s 1 800 766 8009 and that s Hampton Roads Publishing and they will be glad to service the request for the book or they can go to any Barnes Noble or any other major supplier of books ART Anybody else write a book PAUL Not yet although I do plan to have a web site up fairly soon There is some information on Lyn s web site about my company but that s about the extent of it right now LYN And Paul is beginning to teach too so he may want to give people his number where he can be contacted or PAUL Well I ll give you my email the company I ve incorporated is Remote Viewing Instructional Services so the email is rvis rviewer com Transcriber note Paul has a web site at http www rviewer com ART Alright and you answer your email I take it PAUL Yes laughs I can t guarantee I keep up if I get inundated but I do my best ART Well you re going to be inundated believe me What projects in the remaining moments here have you all taken on after the military I take it you re leaving the national security stuff behind now you probably had enough of that to sink a ship they all talk indecipherable but so what are you doing now JOE This is Joe I m a research associate still with the Cognitive Sciences Lab that was the original lab at SRI and then later at SAIC and we are currently working on some very interesting contracts for some major corporations that have tasked us with doing some research on remote viewing and we hope to continue pursuing the mechanisms behind remote viewing ART Can you talk about it at all I mean for example our own CIA which once spent all its time with national security work you know Congress and Oversight committees have been talking about changing the direction of the CIA to industrial espionage JOE We of course at CSL Lab the Cognitive Sciences Lab have never endorsed espionage of any kind We re primarily interested in trying to uncover the mechanisms that support psi functioning We ve recently done three or four very interesting pilot studies that have indicated that we may be on to something with regard to two or three of those mechanisms and if those prove out which we have every reason to believe they will they ll be some very astounding findings that will open the door to a whole lot more research ART Do you guys ever scare yourselves group laughter PAUL Sometimes Joe scares me laughs LYN I am no longer surprised at this science but I ll never quit being amazed by it JOE I would agree with that statement ART Is it one of those things that once you have begun I mean I have yet to talk to a remote viewer who was involved in the government program or otherwise who has said This is lousy I m bored or I m uninterested and I m not doing it anymore is it one of those things that once you ve done you will always do JOE This is Joe I always tell people that if you wanted me to sell my experience in this for ten million dollars I probably wouldn t do it However if you offered me ten million at the beginning to do it and then I knew what I knew now I probably wouldn t participate laughs ART I guess that s a good answer that s really a good answer Alright well we re about out of time Anybody wanna issue any final words here I of course would love to have you all back at some future point but any final words for the American audiences that is intensely interested in this whole thing you ve been doing PAUL This is Paul I think it s a very exciting process it s a very exciting time to be involved in this and I m glad that people are interested that kind of vindicates what we were doing in secret for so many years So I encourage people to develop an interest in it and explore it and find out about it ART So in other words go ahead folks if you re interested follow it PAUL That s right ART Joe JOE I just wanna add one thing before I get off here I would encourage people to retain their skepticism and to ask questions it s okay to challenge whoever s doing this and have them explain or open to review and criticism what exactly it is that they re doing That s where knowledge is developed and it s how we decide if something is truly valid or not So I would encourage continued interest but to be skeptical and ask questions ART

like that seems like a cop out even if it isn t Can t we follow up any questions One sentence answers like this could be conducted by Jerry Lewis Ed Dames Kramer s family except for one member was not aware of why he got himself killed That s all that I m going to say about this If law enforcement want s us to bring this case to closure that s another thing host Martin presents the speakers with question 212 from Lightyear Thanks for doing this chat with us Ed Do you ever wonder if your doomsday predictions are the result of tapping into a collective anxiety about the future from the population at large Ed Dames We can easily recognize the difference between physical reality and emotion feelings or ideas host Martin presents the speakers with question 231 from Laloni Can you give us a specific prediction that can be verified by non believers in the very near future such as the location of the missing Air Force jet or something of that nature that is in the news Ed Dames PSI TECH is not in the prediction business but the data collection business Here s data re the future The National Transportation Safety Board will announce that TWA Flight 800 exploded as a result of a mechanical failure specifically the air driven pump in system 3 i e a hydraulic pump how s that for specificity host Martin presents the speakers with question 233 from Brent Martin could you get a question on about the hold up and shipment of tapes I ve got to get to work thanks Ed Dames The editing process is taking a little bit longer than we expected first tape scheduled for shipment by the end of the month host Martin presents the speakers with question 236 from G0th earlier you said that these angels were among the most bizarre things you have RVed Why Ed Dames I did not believe in Angels and was loathe to accept our own TRV data but I had to accept it because of its inherent consistent accuracy host Martin presents the speakers with question 237 from Tom Msg passed from Billm On the Art bell show you stated you would be providing support for the tapes I would like to know what is the procedure for getting help with Trv once we have started training with the tapes Ed Dames TRV training support will be provided here don t worry were working out the bugs and ordering more powerful equipment Data related to the environment survival and other PSI TECH projects will be posted on the BB only host Martin presents the speakers with question 238 from Scott Major could you please tell us what is taught on the Intro tapes and how far we can go with it Ed Dames The intro tapes will get you off the ground by providing you with enough instruction to enable you to distinguish between gross physical sites such as mountains cities water bodies and land locations along with general associated physical data colors smells temperatures sounds textures and rudimentary sketching of the site Of course you will not consciously know what your target site is while you are working host Martin presents the speakers with question 242 from Nathan After a lot of good practice can one obtain accurate data TRVing without a monitor Can a monitor act for more than one person at a time Thanks Ed Dames You will never be trained to work with a monitor during the initial stages of your training You must be able to do it youself and take responsibilty for your own work sort of like taking a test in school A monitor is useful when fully trained viewers are working but works with only a single viewer at a time host Martin presents the speakers with question 244 from Dylan Ed on Art Bell you mentioned chlorella You said that one particular kind would be better Will you elaborate Ed Dames The more pulverized the cell walls the greater the digestability Check around host Martin presents the speakers with question 246 from Earth It takes about 45 mins I understand to RV I guess thats a rough average Is it physically draining i e can you do this several times a day effectively assuming you re in good form Ed Dames The sessions that you work for the intro tape will only be about 10 minutes After completion of Step II about 45 minutes It is somewhat draining this is covered in the tape and I would not recommend more than two TRV sessions a day if you desire high quality results host Martin presents the speakers with question 249 from Kitab Betty Edward s books have been recommended on your BB by Joni as preparation for your training tapes Any specific exercises from the books you would suggest we work on while awaiting the tapes Ed Dames No and remember its not required for success merely recommended but only for those of you who like me cannot sketch or draw host Martin presents the speakers with question 250 from Hannah ask have you trved such a person as the Anti Christ and if so are you aware of who that person is Ed Dames We have indeed used the Anti Christ as a targeting cue it is not a person it is something connected with all of us living and it is not pleasant host Martin presents the speakers with question 253 from Laloni Since you can easily recognize the difference between physical reality and emotion feelings or ideas when you RV do you always automatically get both pieces of information Ed Dames Yes it always arises as a result of systematic methodical exploration of the target or problem But keep in mind if the target or site is simply a physical object then there will be a dearth of emotional and perhaps meaning data

out there Bell There have been reports over the last several days of a lot of active work going on in Russia digging very deep bunkers I mean that work is still going on actively right now despite their financial hardships and you have to scratch your head a little bit about that one too Why would they be spending precious money rubles on digging hardened bunkers when all the war is supposed to be over Dames Well it s still a very very dangerous world It s more dangerous than it was during the mutually assured destruction period in many ways For continuity of government purposes in order to have a country left after a possible war you d have to have a command structure command control communications computers and intelligence All of those things are in very deep bunkers similar to Cheyenne Mountain We have ours and the cold war is over Bell We do but they re still digging like crazy and you have to wonder scratch your head about that a little bit Alright we have also a rash and I mean a rash of sightings that began in March about mid March Certainly the Phoenix sightings were extraordinary they were no flares and we seem to be in a period of very heightened sightings of all kinds of things crossing our skies that don t make sense So as a general question do you make anything out of that Dames Well the company still stands by our report of the object that broke away from that was affixed to Hale Bopp comet and we have said that it is either en route or here so just keep that in mind It s going to be here if it s not already and that may be accompanied by something else observers or whatever Bell Alright on behalf of some people who ve ordered your PSI TECH TRV training tapes I think there was a glitch in the delivery time and I ve had a few messages so can you update anybody out there for those who have ordered when they will receive their tapes Dames Yes certainly They are about 3 1 2 weeks behind schedule because of some editing glitches and we are working fast and furious on those now to fix that So my apologies for the tardiness of the delivery Bell Alright so the answer is they are going out about 3 1 2 weeks from now or Dames The first of May is the delivery date for the Introductory tape Bell The first of May that is about 2 weeks Alright you ve given us already a great amount of information on the A 10 While I ve got you on the air do you accept as reasonable the explanation for the NORAD alert That is some sort of domestic terrorist threat delivered to the military by the FBI Does that ring Dames Absolutely not Bell Absolutely not Dames No Absolutely not

you ve read about JOE No I think it probably happens with many of them and they just don t talk about that phase JEFF Oh How interesting JOE One of the things that does occur somewhere in that six month period you reach a bottom point in that depression where you suddenly realize that well since you know that consciousness continues and you don t really cease to exist as an individual there s no real reason to be depressed about where you are It sort of gives you a freedom to play And by play I mean be able to make decisions now based on how you actually feel things should be versus based on fear Which is a very relieving kind of JEFF What a liberation My goodness That s remarkable That s one of the things that depression though let s talk about the other one after we break for news here Joe it is the top of the hour other chatter about upcoming radio items break Real Audio Counter 01 00 20 JEFF And welcome back to hour number two I m Jeff Rense you re listening to Sightings on the Radio on the Premiere Radio Network My guest tonight Joseph McMoneagle back for his third visit on the program Always a wonderful experience talking to Joe he has been through so many things in life we are talking now about the near death experience he had in 1970 And he made the unusual remark and I haven t heard this too often and he went through why that he went through a very severe period of depression for about six months after the near death experience and actually considered suicide at one point to try to get back to that state of utter peace and tranquility and the embracing of the universal consciousness What other things Joe did you experience as a result of this near you can almost call it an after death experience I guess couldn t you JOE Right you know in fact that s probably a more correct term Obviously since I m still here I might not have been as near death as I think I was but one of the major effects that you don t normally talk about but actually happens with nearly everyone you have a tendency to look at your spirituality differently People either go one of two ways after a near death experience they usually externalize their spirituality and seek support say from their formal religion or a religious leader And usually the response is somewhat parochial or dogmatic And some of the dogmatic parts don t hold up any longer under the experience JEFF I wouldn t think so JOE Many people as a result then internalize it it then becomes a they embrace it more as a matter of conscience and that drives the primary issues which are then addressed which might be anything from what the limits of personal responsibility might be or the redefinition of good and evil to constructive versus destructive more something even more importantly the fact that science and spirituality essentially can t ignore one another that we as human beings are essentially built in two parts one part is the physical or the science side and the other part is very definitely the spiritual side Integrate our appreciation for awareness unclear is what that means JEFF When you see the news read the newspaper and you come across stories of death tragedies plane crashes wars how do you feel about the people that die now JOE I don t I actually don t feel badly about some of the people that die or most of the people that die Where my pain really exists is with the people that are left behind We become very attached to one another in a relationship way and you can t but feel the pain a parent has to the loss of a child You can t help but feel the pain that a husband and wife might have should one of them depart I think it would be nice for them to know in reality though that their loved one continues to exist as a conscious entity and with a full identity JEFF I think it merits repeating that by way of a statement to anyone listening tonight about death because we spend so much time that may be the ultimate question of course during our time on this plane our conscious time in your opinion there is absolutely no reason to fear death JOE That s correct In fact many of our decisions in life are made based on that fear JEFF Oh yes Our actions from our political leaders all the way down to the homeless person on the street is making decisions on a moment to moment basis on that fear of death instead of making them on the constructive or the destructive possibilities There are certainly times when decisions are very tough to make And if we can understand that we have a certain moral obligation to other human beings then we can make a more righteous decision if we re making it based on that versus our fears of what we might have to contend with if we made those decisions JEFF How do you feel after your experience Joe about the taking of human life about murdering about killing in uniform about the actual participation in the ending of someone s conscious life on this planet JOE I have a great problem with that now Personally pause I have done a lot of things as a soldier that I probably wouldn t do again I think every human being has a right to change however My conviction is the conviction to which I m wedded at the moment is that every human being has as much right to life as any other I was once a great supporter of the death penalty for certain crimes However in my experience I ve now changed that position I think that no human being has the right to take the life of another human being No matter what the crime is that they might have committed You do have the right to control them to put them in prison or to punish them but we do not have the right to take their life JEFF Without getting too far afield because the topic tonight is remote viewing though this is all really tied together of course in one continuum what about the idea of organized religion oppressing people through this fear technique how do you view that now JOE Well there are certain things about organized religion that are very appealing to a lot of people And I don t have any great problem with many of the organized religions or you know wherever two or three or more people gather together to worship I don t have a problem with that concept Where I have a problem is when that particular organization starts alluding to a god that s an angry god or a god that would murder JEFF A vengeful god JOE Yes right that would decree that you d have to go out and murder your own family or something to appease them that s a little bit on the ridiculous side JEFF Or others to protect the religion from encroachment or rival religions JOE Exactly and so forth and so on JOE One of the things I ve learned because I ve pretty much internalized my spirituality and have pursued this philosophically and one of the conclusions that I ve come to um let s see the best way to present this would be I ve never clearly understood in my own lifetime how anyone could voluntarily walk to their own death And certainly the holocaust brings us an example of that I could never understand why someone would allow someone that was evil incarnate a Hitler for instance to put them to death without at least fighting back I ve since I ve come to the conclusion that however evil incarnate is not best fought by participation It s fought by a participation or involvement a total involvement in the good or the positive And the only real response to evil incarnate is to ignore it in the display of a positive or righteous attitude So since death physical death is not an end unto itself the most appropriate response is to essentially turn the other cheek or to walk to death with a smile on your face and I never understood that before but I think I finally have come to grasp with that and have a tremendous respect for the numbers of people that chose to honor the positive and the constructive and in doing so give their lives JEFF The antithesis of that I guess would be suicide JOE Right exactly Suicide in my opinion is probably the greatest waste of all because the person that commits suicide is essentially saying they have no value And I believe that everyone has value even in the act of death JEFF They re also saying that people around them essentially have no value either to them JOE That s correct It s just the ultimate decision of ignorance perhaps Or the ultimate decision of fear JEFF Why Joe after all of this experience and profound nature of what you ve been through why are we here JOE You know during my near death experience the only thing that seemed to me was something that I was actually taking with me was the essence of my experience So the only conclusion that I ve been able to come to is perhaps one of the reasons we re here is for experience You know how could every day an ordinary experiential life be of any value Well it s of value if we re unsure of what we are in the totality of self if we don t really know what kind of creatures we are the only way that we can discover the limits of those creatures ot the limits of ourself is to experience as much as we can JEFF Well that s very well said well taken Let s take a break here Joe and we ll be right back forgive the interruption We shall continue here at Sightings on the Radio in about three minutes We ll be right back break Real Audio Counter 01 14 14 JEFF And welcome back we are talking with Joe McMoneagle one of the six original CIA remote viewers and the only remote viewer who stayed in the military s ultra secret program through its entire existence October 1978 through November 1995 Joe s book MIND TREK Hampton Roads Publishing a must read for anybody who cares about the mind and what it is capable of it s extraordinary available now it s priced at 12 95 And Joe also has his own private corporation he does consulting work and we will talk about that a little bit later JEFF Let s go back to the actual procedures and hardware so to speak of this technology You have in the book Joe reprinted a number of photographs which were targets which you were assigned to try to find information on and then we have reprinted just below them the drawings you made of these targets And it is really something to go through and read and understand this it s remarkable I think you said that in 20 of your drawings you re able to do literally a virtually perfect overlay lineup of the actual target photograph or object that you re after It s amazing Are there other people many other people who have come close to this percentage in your knowledge JOE In terms of the remote viewing project yes there were quite a few individuals within the project that were as good and in some cases probably better than myself So it s one of those things that there are world class people in this business and then there are those that probably aren t world class But it s something everyone can do to a certain extent The near overlay type of drawing is extremely rare except only occurs maybe 20 of the time But that s a statistic that s fairly accurate for remote viewers that do it professionally JEFF I see You have done live television programs and done remote viewing you just did one recently again how many have you done and tell me about some of the results JOE Actually under controls on camera live I ve done of course the ABC special which was Put to the Test which was a very good example of remote viewing JEFF Yes I also did a remote viewing at the J B Rhine Center in Durham I believe it was last June that was filmed by Reader s Digest home video the entire protocol at that time was controlled by a man by the name of Dr Richard Wiseman from England who is a noted skeptic in the field I might add That was also very successful I ve done four remote viewings for The Paranormal World of Paul McKenna which is a show that s broadcast in London And I just recently did a live remote viewing for a Discovery Channel production that s being done for British television JEFF Fun to do JOE No they re really kind of a pain in the neck One of the things that is really interesting about this particular arena is quite literally there have been probably 12 000 remote viewings done under control either under lab control or within the operations and you could stack all these in a room they would essentially fill probably 250 boxes literally and yet with all of that proof the typical scientist or the typical individual just average individual would say I m sorry I can t believe this you have to show me And I find that remarkable The only area that you know it has to be personally demonstrated to everyone when they re first exposed to it I think it s probably because it s asking them to change their concepts of reality JEFF Well it s like the ultimate challenge to them JOE Exactly JEFF Very threatening and people are gonna just shut the door on it JOE You know I did one remote viewing live with CNN and it was kinda funny in that when they asked me to do it I said no I m tired of this I m not gonna do it why don t you have your reporter do it And we set up a controlled remote viewing and the reporter did very well But it was very difficult doing the last hour filming because she wouldn t calm down unclear laughter blown away by the experience JEFF That s very funny That brings us to the next issue of teaching remote viewing to people It has become a cottage industry Courtney Brown Major Ed Dames um Lyn Buchanan who you hold in very high regard others what about the idea of teaching remote viewing it s becoming popular now is it something that can be taught to the average person We talked about this a bit earlier The prices for these courses are rather exhorbitant at times Give me a survey of this whole field if you would JOE In terms of teaching I think that you could certainly teach the protocol and you can essentially teach the basics of a methodology Now one of the problems with the teaching is that many of the methods that are being taught are claiming near 100 accuracy they re claiming full contact with the target nearly 100 of the time And those that just is not statistically supportable and so I think people are being misled about a lot of these methodologies or the degree of accuracy they can achieve There s certainly nothing wrong with helping someone develop a psychic method within a control But I think in most cases the prices and the amount of time they say that they can be taught in is ridiculous Most cases they say they can teach someone to remote view with that kind of accuracy within a few weeks and that s just not possible JEFF I remember early on with this Hale Bopp comet controversy Courtney Brown allegedly his A Team his remote viewers in the Farsight Institute all independently reportedly looked at this comet and found intelligent life out there with it and so on and so forth What was your reaction to all of that JOE My reaction was that I didn t believe it Primarily the reason I didn t believe it is he talks about his protocols in his book and my review of his protocols or the way he defines them clearly shows that these are methodologies and they re primarily training methodologies So I don t think that the protocol is being followed It s difficult to actually say that he s not following the protocol because he quite simply does not open any of his operations or his training or anything to peer review or to discussion One of the sure fire tests of a protocol what actually makes a protocol real is the fact that it is open to peer review it is open to discussion and it is open to challenge JEFF We had Courtney Brown essentially bringing forth information from his team that the world was facing a real showdown with an extraterrestrial intelligence which was accompanying the Hale Bopp comet Major Ed Dames has laid out in no uncertain terms his allegedly remote viewed prognostication or assertion or discovery that another object with the comet was coming here with apparently carrying plant pathogens these are end of the world millenial madness pronouncements Again I don t see how it does the the field the professional field the scientific field of remote viewing any good Would you care to comment on that JOE I think that anything that sort of drives people to panic is unconscienable I also have a firm belief that any kind of predictive viewing such as that where you re talking about a future event is participant in the creation of that event In other words if you talk a great deal about a coming war then that has a tendency to catch on as a bush fire and pretty soon you re fighting that war It would be a far more valuable consequence to be predicting things in a positive format producing an idea or concept that people can fasten themselves to that would become a positive or creative event JEFF Yeah Let s pause Joe and we ll be right back with Sightings on the Radio break Real Audio Counter 01 26 13 JEFF We re back Joe anybody thinking about getting into remote viewing studying it and so forth would do well to listen to what kind of advice from Joe McMoneagle JOE Well I think that anyone that wants to get into it I think it s a very interesting thing to pursue but it should not be pursued as an end unto itself Like I said it s like a martial art Involve yourself with the intention of finding out as much about it as you can have an open mind but do not lose sight of your normal skepticism it should be pursued in as clear a way as possible And it s okay to go out and pursue some of these training methodologies I suppose as long as you re careful not to be deluded by them walk away so to speak with the things of value that you find there and leave the things that are not of value JEFF Why don t people people come to you for training why isn t Joe McMoneagle offering remote viewing as a training course Seems there s potentially a lot of money there JOE Well yeah you know I could hang a shingle out tomorrow and probably make a hundred thousand dollars a year but that s not the point What I ve tried to do in my book MIND TREK is I ve tried to provide as much information as possible so that if someone wants to pursue this in their own talented way they can The other point I d like to make is that I don t teach because I believe that since it is a number of years occupation to give an individual then it would be extremely prohibitive from a cost standpoint or from an investment or energy standpoint Someone really has to want to do this I also do not want responsibility for playing with someone s mind I think everybody should grow and evolve under their own control and under their own speed And many of the training scenarios assume that responsibility which I think is very dangerous JEFF Can remote viewing training hurt somebody JOE pause There certainly have been some examples in the past of people who ve been exposed to remote viewing that went off the deep end In fact in the science side the research side what we found to be true is the person who just unequivocably accepts everything about remote viewing without any skepticism you know what we call the true believer JEFF The quick believer JOE Yeah the person who just falls head over heels in love with remote viewing and everything about it is usually far more dangerous in terms of their destructiveness to the field or the science of it than someone that holds a healthy skepticism JEFF This has almost the earmark of a potential cult allegiance that people might have to it JOE Well one of the ways of telling whether or not it is is whether or not the trainer is willing to give over the last piece or you know in effect cut the training cord Many of the people walk away from a lot of the training feeling that they really didn t get the full measure they didn t get that last 10 or they find that they re extremely dependent upon their instructor If someone has the sense that they re still very dependent upon their instructor and haven t learned enough to sort of walk on their own two feet then they should be very suspect of the training or the connection with that JEFF Hmmmn You worked with Dr Ed May at Stanford and you still do work with Ed May JOE Right I ve had both you gentlemen on the program before several times I did ask the question then I m going to ask it again now Remote viewing of course gathers data from outside and pulls it inward Can remote viewing in any way place data in other people s minds Can that be done Can we influence the thoughts of others could this technique somehow be used in reverse Can we do that Joe JOE Actually I ve seen dozens of experiments that were done by the Russians the Hungarians the Czechoslovakians many of the experiments were done in labs here in the United States where there was an attempt to directly influence the mind of another human being Without using mechanical devices I would say no I have not seen that displayed Either the person is going to voluntarily do what they do or no amount of outside influence is going to override their own desire their own morality so to speak JEFF Do you see that possibly changing in time You mention devices Could this be married to some sort of technology that would be electronic in nature JOE Well there s certainly a number of people in labs in the world that have been playing with everything from pulse microwave to wave front technology where they can demonstrate that they can make people nervous or they can create nausea in a group of people at distance or interfere with perhaps the speed of their cognition That s in its infancy from a research standpoint But that s the same as gassing someone in a room I mean you re going to see an effect when you use a piece of equipment an externalized method In terms of causing someone to do something however or make a decision I ve never seen that demonstrated anywhere JEFF Can you you mentioned after your near death after death experience that you were able to know other people s thoughts before they actually spoke them First of all was that irritating to you at all Or embarrassing Or did it place a huge burden on your senses JOE Well it was it was embarrassing because some of the thoughts weren t you know wholesome and some of the thoughts were certainly surprising to me because they belied the personality of the person that I was dealing with But over time what I just learned to do was accept the fact that all human beings are very unique and that what s in a person s mind is their own business and I have no right to it JEFF You stay out of it now JOE Yeah I stay out of spontaneous reactions to people I might shake somebody s hand when I meet them or walk into a crowded room and brush up against somebody or something but generally speaking I just discard the information JEFF Can you summon it on demand Joe JOE Well like I said a really good competent remote viewer can target objects places events even concepts conceptualizations there are many examples of targeting concepts or plans for operations that were very accurate when they were in the planning stage JEFF Well what you re saying is that you were able to remotely read people s minds JOE Right or conceptualize what was the concept or the idea behind what they were attempting to do JEFF You are able to as you have described to me before really talk about about one percent of what you ve experienced in your military career as a remote viewer and I understand that Are people talking about remote viewing and disclosing things that they shouldn t be Joe JOE That potential is certainly there One of the things one of the misconceptions about the exposure of STAR GATE was that the total program was exposed by the A I R report which was delivered to congress in the unclassified format In fact probably 98 of the program is still very classified and is sealed away In fact the evaluators who did the evaluation of the program for the A I R The American Institutes for Research were not allowed access to the information JEFF No kidding JOE Yeah it really brings some interesting light to their evaluation Dr Ray Hyman in fact states in an article that was written in the skeptic bulletin in Washington that he was given access to the entire process and all its files In fact he was given probably three boxes of information while there was still 110 boxes or more that were sealed away JEFF Hmmn What was really revealed was the fact that the program existed not so much what it accomplished and what it did and how it worked correct JOE That s correct And many of the issues in terms of targeting a lot of the methodologies that certainly has never been discussed JEFF Alright we re gonna pause and come back with Joe McMoneagle whose book MIND TREK is must reading Hampton Roads Publishing it s available at all major bookstores in the bookstores or you can order it I m Jeff Rense this is Sightings on the Radio break Real Audio Counter 01 39 15 JEFF Joe I want to pursue this idea again that I just brought up a few minutes ago about getting into other people s heads If you can get in there to read their thoughts pick up concepts how do we know that it s not possible to implant or influence thoughts and concepts How can we say that can t happen JOE Well actually we can t say that that can t happen What I said before is that I just had never seen it demonstrated JEFF I heard that I understand I heard that that s why I m bringing it up again JOE One of the things that has become very apparent to me and this is from twelve plus years on the research side and certainly my nearly two decades of involvement in remote viewing is that it s very clear to me that much of what happens to us in our lives has very much to do with the decisions we make on a day to day basis We can either make those decisions in an aware state or we can make them while we re essentially asleep consciously Most people unfortunately probably don t spend a great deal of time in the aware state So you could conceivably manipulate what someone does because of the fact that they re asleep they re not paying attention to what they re doing JEFF Well and people are certain manipulated virtually every waking moment by the mass media I mean that s a given and it s right in your face JOE Sure and they use all sorts of technologies and techniques to do that and my point is if there are powerful individuals powerful in the sense that they ve been able to harness this ability and under strict protocols use it why not Why not JOE Well in my own experience wherever I ve seen you know cross human effect generally speak well specifically speaking in almost every case where a protocol was set up both participants knew they were participating in exactly that kind of experiment So there was a clear awareness that that s what the intention was and that s what was going on So that implies a cooperativeness between the two individuals In the case where the person was totally naive there was no clearly demonstrated effect that I ve ever seen under controls So it may be that in order for the effect to occur one has to be cognizant of or aware of the fact that that s the kind of thing that s happening JEFF Interesting we talk about auditory visual olfactory senses which can trigger responses in people it would seem to me that the other possibility does exist JOE Yeah and it probably does it s just that I ve not seen it displayed You know it s one of those things fill in the question mark JEFF Yeah Okay The program was officially disbanded there is allegedly no more funding for it I remember seeing I think it was Gates talk about how it had a rather low percentage an unacceptedly low percentage of success it was interesting but it really didn t prove to be a valuable weapon I must tell you as a friend and an an professional colleague so to speak in this media game that we are all in it doesn t make sense That such a valuable program with such people as yourself in it which can hit targets 55 60 of the time and relatively few individuals who are paid military salary essentially that that program would be disbanded dropped in any way Is it not possible Joe that this money simply went elsewhere JOE That s always remotely possible I seriously doubt it My I have to give you my viewpoint which is having been in the program during the entire time of its existence one thing was very apparent to me Regardless of how it might have appeared there was never any really openness to the program In other words most of the reason it was probably kept very low key or secretive many times was just to keep people from knowing what the source of the data was There s a great deal of negativity towards the paranormal that certainly exists within the bureaucracy and it was always from Day 1 the last place you ever wanted to be seen alive was standing next to an Army psychic And there s no reason to think that that s changed JEFF Or a professional UFO researcher JOE laughs Right Exactly That doesn t mean that you know that it s not real and it doesn t mean that it s not effective It just means that most people who have to take a paycheck home are not going to expose their careers particularly their political careers to that sort of JEFF Well I understand that but we really are faced with the potential that there are hundreds of billions of dollars available over a very few over a short period of time of just a few years to be spent on so called black budget programs secret programs and I just gotta think that a few million dollars here and there could certainly keep this program more than alive at levels that maybe even Joe McMoneagle isn t aware of JOE Oh yeah That s always possible From a remote viewing standpoint though I would say that that s probably not going on not happening JEFF Interesting Well do you think that there may be some more advanced technology JOE In comparing the degree or level of remote viewing that was achieved at SRI and the Cognitive Sciences Lab at SAIC as well as within the operational Army unit through that period I would say that we were probably state of the art That doesn t mean that there isn t someone in the world somewhere that isn t doing as well or better JEFF I ve been told by people this again is not substantiated that there are electronics now that can actually read people s minds and I don t know that we ll ever have in the near future any definitive proof on that but I d like to get your comment on that as we continue here with Sightings on the Radio with my guest Joseph McMoneagle author of the remarkable book MIND TREK published by Hampton Roads and we shall return break Real Audio Counter 01 49 13 JEFF And welcome back everybody I m Jeff Rense and this is Sightings on the Radio and we re talking to Joe McMoneagle tonight about remote viewing and many other things related to that in one way or another Joe have you ever come across information which would lead you to believe and I know you re under National Security constraints and I can t expect for a moment you would certainly step across that line but do you know of any equipment that would allow people either in a lab or from a remote distance to tune in on someone s mind and read it out to any reasonable degree whatsoever JOE In my own experience no I know a number of people who have been researching an ability to you know to try to influence or affect the minds of people remotely through the use of say pulse microwave or JEFF I m talking more about reading thoughts Joe JOE In terms of reading no I don t even see how that could be possible One of the ongoing arguments that has been going on for hundreds of years literally is the possibility of where mind resides And we re not absolutely sure that the mind resides just in the brain to start with There s certainly evidence now that

From Joseph W McMoneagle mceagle zmatrix com Subject VWR Spiritualism I think we may want to be very careful how we polorize on this issue One of the interesting things that I noticed very early on in my experiences was the fact that a great deal of effort was being made to separate the spiritual from the scientific Of course for a thousand years we humankind have gone to great extents to rip the two apart and quantify them as separate issues or separate subjects at least for study A deal was struck very early on which guarranteed the church would stay in its corner on certain spiritual issues and science would stay in its corner for those issues of a more secular or of earthy interest The two would leave one another alone and there would be no more burning people at the stake confiscation of lands and property torture or mass murders by either side Well the problem is that Humankind men women and probably to some degree a few within the animal kingdom are essentially dual by nature which simply means we are mystical or spiritual as well as pragmatic and thinking So the scientific and spiritual sides of our nature can no more be separate one from the other than our bodies can be split down the middle So study of the paranormal has the unfortunate or fortunate effect of bringing both to the front door where we have to deal with them as a package In fact some of us are originally driven to study the paranormal to include RV because we have an intense desire to learn more about this interaction between our spiritual and pragmatic side how they operate together Surprisingly so are quite a few of the scientists I know or have met over the years In my own experience I would be less than truthful if I were to say that I had not experienced many of the things which you have worked so hard to eliminate from your own experience I don t want them to go away I feel they are necessary to the process If some scientists do not want to discuss them or you do not want to discuss them that s okay I understand There are some who feel these issues do taint RV issue and specifically the research that goes into it I just don t happen to be one of them However I believe that when one is addressing the science of an issue that is what they should stick to When they are addressing the spiritual portions of that issue then that is what they should stick to Or when they choose to address both simultaneously then that is what they should stick to In other words make it very clear what one is doing and not waffle everything together in some unclear hodgepodge which does disservice to both or either I originally joined the Army Program and have spent what feels like

when one needed it during the drawing Seems you might have stopped just short of some real enjoyment That being taking a nap AND remote viewing simultaneously Thanks Joe Joseph W McMoneagle IIA reaches your age Joe he ought to check in with his friends every now and then to let then know he is OK It s called long in tooth Liam snip avoid AOLs in ERV I have watched you work and know you are an expert at this and I do not think I do a bad job of it myself I also did not mean to imply that AOL does not happen in CRV I believe that AOL takes place in each style about equally The difference is the para visual aspect of CRV Plus Ingo developed a way in CRV to identify and deal with AOL He went further and developed a method where in stage four and five AOL is used to obtain information about the site I agree that AOL is no greater problem in ERV for an experienced good viewer than it is in CRV But for most of the people on the list who are new AOL will be a greater danger in ERV than it is in CRV This is where we will have a minor disagreement as in my observation it is about the same Just that people may show a preference over the other The basic difference you and I have in this Joe is that you are carrying the baggage of over 20 years experience and research in this field This causes you to make objective decisions based on empirical evidence I on the other hand carry no such baggage This gives me the freedom to make subjective comments based on personal experience and gut feeling The bottom line is RV is magic and Magic is by definition not definable Thanks I definitely agree that RV is magic It is Liam back again I am afraid I missed the point here Joe Gene has monitored both ERV and CRV I have worked both CRV and ERV I think it safe to say we both prefer ERV So we have driven both kinds of cars All cars have certain strengths A Camaro is great for driving down the autobahn freeway at 100 mph If you need to go to the store to pick up a lot of food and booze than a van is better If you want to go courting in Georgia you need a pick up truck ERV is better for certain sites and CRV is better for certain sites The ideal is for the operations officer to have the ability to work each target using both styles of RV I just needed to hear you say this As did all those out there who are trying to learn Liam again Joe I will tell the story one more time At the project we worked sites two ways One way was CRV We called the other way Joe Style snip We do not need a DNA test because it has your characteristics all over it ERV is really Little Joe I would have to share that honor with four people who are dead and two people who are alive Ken and Mel I would also have to refer everyone back to my previous post about the JECS ERVA B C D I do appreciate the kindness however I like to think I was always moving onto something that improved what I was doing still am snip definition I was comfortable with Every definition I came up with left me with more questions than answers I suggest we all post on what we believe ERV is Maybe by comparing and relating we can come up with a definition we can all live with if not for the world than at least for this group Is anyone else willing to join in the endeavor Will you play Joe See my previous post I agree here is the reason I ve been having so much trouble as well Thanks for the sparkling response Liam You ve not lost your respect for your cousins Warm regards Joe Joseph W McMoneagle IIA Inc P O Box 100 Nellysford Virginia 22958 804 361 9215 FAX 804 361 9056 Courage is the best Slayer Thus Spake Curran2106 aol com and From Paul H Smith phsmith rviewer com The only reason for my earlier response is that I didn t want to see large assumptions based on a lack of fact I also didn t want to see statements which perhaps apply in training also being applied to the basic overall understanding of this stuff we are calling RV As there is a difference There seems to be a great assumption about ERV taking place here This assumption being that someone who does ERV is or has to be in some form of hypnogoggic hypnopompic state and therefore is somehow out of control Which is not true If it were true then the drawings which are done as a matter of course within any ERV effort and which in some cases constitute a majority of the valid information collected in an ERV session would be bogus I offer most of mine and many of the other ERV ers drawings Mel Hartley Ken
