    I decided to subvert the original intentions of the IKEA and Screwfix catalogues chosen for their semi iconic consumerist status and because I found them lying around with just white household paint and chance just to see what would happen The result is a series of photographs and paintings I re used second hand canvases donated by a friend I also used the painted over pages to create Christmas cards
