  • ZooProcess Manual ver 7.00
user of this system In my search on the ZooScan website I found the manual for ZooProcess version 7 00 which is over 100 pages This manual seems to be much more inclusive and descriptive but I was wondering if it still applies to the newest version of ZooProcess that I have downloaded 7 11 Can anyone please tell me if there is too big of a difference between these

  • Computer shut down during Processing step - help needed
a brand new Intel Xeon 2 4 GHz 4Gb RAM 64 bit Windows7 computer I have followed all the steps indicated in the manual and the installation of the software was successful I am able to scan samples but when I launch the batch processing mode the computer unexpectedly shuts down after a few minutes and the processing is interrupted Have any of you experienced a similar problem before I have checked my computer s settings the screen saver and sleep mode are turned OFF so this shouldn t happen I have also checked the log file in my data folder which does not end with an error message so I am guessing that this problem is not related to an error in the software Another option would be that this is related to memory I have followed instructions in the manual and set up the memory limit at 3000 Should it work better if I reduce this I cannot seem to install JRockIt as it is a 32 bit application Any help or advice is welcome Thank you Regards Fabrice fjaine Posts 1 Join date 2011 11 17 Similar topics Similar topics If object present do sumthing else proceed

  • Editing metadata files in two different PC machines - Problems
call it A Recently we purchased an additional PC Windows 7 64 bit let s call it B Now we are able to scan images in A and process them either in A and or B Although the use of two machines has help with the processing we are experiencing a problem with updating editing the metadata files for specific projects We have tried different approaches to the editing restarting image J rebooting the PC etc It appears that some files can only be edited in one specific machine When we made changes to the metadata a window came up that said that the changes had been made We then opened up the metadata file again and found that no changes had been saved to the file We tried closing image j and then restarting the program as well as restarting the computer but we kept finding that the metadata was still the same and that no changes had been saved Are we missing a file in a specific folder Thanks Alvaro LSU lab Last edited by zooplanktonlablsu on Tue Nov 01 2011 5 18 am edited 1 time in total Reason for editing Providing additional information about the topic

  • What you can delete to save space on your computer / Backup
2011 11 07 am You have two options different choices to make The first is to decide what you have to backup to be able to re process your data In tis case you must keep all zip files from the raw folder providing that they all have a size of about 80 of the TIF images and that all TIF images have been zipped txt files from the raw folder the config folder the back folder the learn file that you utilized for you predictions you can also backup the learning folder the pid results folder provided that you have performed the load identification tool for all your validated vignettes If you also want to keep your working folders and delete a minimum to get your project usable without re processing you can delete tif files from the raw folder after checking that you have zip files for all of them this can be done every day after you process your images tif files from the scan folder Regards Marc picheral Posts 60 Join date 2008 05 02 Similar topics Similar topics Hosted Server Hosted Virtual Server Rack Space for Rent Sending keys Ctrl Space jan s graphics Checking
