    for me to go says Dave who lives in Minnesota The more I do it the more control I feel I guess I do sort of bully my diseases to make me feel better but it works If I make other people smile then everything else is probably going to be OK Now I can look at something and see that it s not my fault Scott a licensed clinical professional counselor in Baltimore Maryland admits to being irreverent with clients if he is sure they can handle it Horrible things happen but you don t have to be completely serious all the time he explains I think it gives some distance from whatever is really distressing them Sometimes you just have to laugh at the unbelievable He speaks from experience In 2013 Scott had open heart surgery only to land in the hospital seven months later on the first day at
