    illness instills self doubt while it robs you of your self confidence Without inspiring words and encouragement it s easier to buy into the stigma and myths surrounding many of your disorders Fear and limitation surround your thoughts and play out in your actions without you even realizing it WELL NO MORE There comes a time where you need to step out of the darkness of your illness and step into the light of hope and recovery What are some ways to do just that Spend time with encouraging people who see more in you than your illness Read inspiring stories of people s comebacks in books and websites Listen to short TED talks that inspire and provide encouragement www ted com Visualize yourself and others making positive strides towards recovery Above all absorb the encouragement others provide allowing them to seep into your spirit and soul These encouraging words can provide the platform for you to not only survive your disorders but thrive in spite of them Remember each of us has the opportunity to encourage ourselves and others to be the best we can be By recognizing and affirming yourself and others you can change an attitude of
