    to go on with a steep set of berms off the start hill into a rolling and flowing trail on the slightly flatter terrain ahead There s plenty of rollers fades drop off s and rock features to keep you focused The route then takes in some flatter S bends as it rolls over the edge of the hill and starts to steepen There s plenty of manageable rock gardens along the way Some on flatter sections but a few thrown in where it gets steeper which provide some entertainment and plenty of puncture opportunities Once over this section you re presented with a slightly steadier incline that speeds things up You get some interesting fades and nicely cambered rocks slabs that propel you into two of the only constructed tabletops After this you ll see the black route go over you on a bridge and Drafft joins from the left The trail contours round to the right packing in plenty of berms and a big hip jump should you find the speed to pull it off Finally you start to come off the moor and into the forest where you ll find the uplift service ready to pick you

    the top riders are given a choice of two black options Enter the Dragon 0 9km is for all you jump lovers It features the biggest jumps of any of the other trails and many of which aren t rollable It s a case of go hard or go home And for those feeling seriously brave you can hop onto the Pro Trail known as X Trail Dai Hard 1km is the other option from the top and has become known as the signature trail of Bike Park Wales In their own words it s tight twisty technical and tidy There are roots rocks drops and a massive road gap Both black sections throw riders out onto the forest road where they can easily ride straight back onto another choice of two black sections Coal not Dole or Pork Belly or they can slow down the pace and head onto a blue or red graded trail Pro trails Known as the Trail X 0 1km there is a short Pro Trail section which is a set of three giant hip jumps only accessible from the black graded trail Enter the Dragon This is the most technical section of trail at

    red choices Wibbly Wobbly 1 5 km and Vicious Valley 1 2km As the name suggests Wibbly Wobbly gets your bones shaking with a loose and rocky start including a well know rocky natural gap jump Vicious Valley is a tight fast and well drained trail but not without it s fair share of roots and even it s own road gap although the gap is optional Both reds finish onto the forest road and as is the mix and match style of Bike Park Wales you re ready to select your next trail This could be Rim Dinger 1 2 km all the way back to the pick up point Or you could choose Bonneyville 0 3km a short sweet steep and natural trail incorporating a series of tight alpine style switchbacks Bonneyville then joins onto a blue trail and provides another decision of blue red or black sections to get back to the pick up point In addition to the downhill trails for those opting to go without the uplift service there is a 4 6km red graded XC singletrack trail called Beast of Burden that enables riders to cycle from the bottom to the top of the
