  • Stoked on Entrepreneurial Spirit! - Mountain Land Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation
months the program started to gain momentum and everyone started to see the benefits Over the past three years the Referral Development model has been refined and dialed in Now the PR Reps do much more than just drop off referral pads and set up lunches They look at trends in the referral patterns to see where patients are coming from They coach and strategize with the clinic directors each month to develop a game plan for their marketing efforts They organize events such as mini golf and bowling nights to build relationships with the medical community Most importantly the PR reps have become a valuable resource for the directors of each clinic The same directors who had doubts about JB and the PR model now don t know what they would do without him One director went as far as saying Without JB leading the PR Reps it might not have ever gotten off the ground he was the perfect fit for that position The PR rep model and referral development has come a long way since its inception Reps in other regions have come and gone and each has left their mark The one constant has been JB and as Rick Lybbert stats JB is constantly thinking about how to take his department to the next level Whether it is a new process or a new way to serve the physicians clinic directors or his team of public relations reps he is always pushing back the boundaries making his department more effective JB s example of Entrepreneurial Spirit is evident in his constant effort towards building the referral development team I have always believed in stoked energy Even if things weren t going great I found the good in everything that was happening I always believed the model
