    Unsalted Butter 4 Teaspoons Lemon Juice 1 4 Teaspoon White Pepper 2 Tablespoons Snipped Chives Dip Salmon Slices into flour turning to coat lightly In a Large Skillet melt 2 Tablespoons Butter Cook Salmon in hot Butter over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until Salmon flakes easily when tested with a fork Remove from Skillet keep warm Add Remaining 2 Tablespoons Butter to Skillet Add Almonds and Pecans cook and stir over medium heat about 3 minutes or just until nuts are brown Remove Nuts Add Wine to skillet Bring to a boil cook and stir over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet Add White Butter Sauce and heat through but do not boil Return Nuts to skillet stir in Chives To serve arrange 2 Salmon Slices on each of 4 Plates Spoon Sauce over Salmon To make the White Butter Sauce In a medium saucepan combine Wine Shallot and Fresh Tarragon Simmer over medium heat about 4 minutes or until liquid is reduced to 1 3 cup Stir in Whipping Cream Continue cooking until liquid is reduced to 1 3 cup
