    Proctor you receive a license expired message or need to install a new license In order to fix the issue you must first remove the existing license which can be performed by following the steps below MAC Users At the bottom of the page click and download the file labeled DeleteBrowserLicenses zip Double click the zip file after download to extract the file Next double click the DeleteBrowserLicenses this icon may appear on the Desktop Click Yes on the pop up window to delete the files Optional Click Yes or No to empty the trash Launch Securexam Browser again and enter the correct username and password to retrieve the new license NOTE License Credentials can be found at http remoteproctoradmin com install PC Users Click the attached file labeled deletelicense cmd and save it to your desktop Right click and select Run As Administrator The system will auto delete the file Launch Securexam Browser v7 again and enter the correct username and password to retrieve the new license NOTE License Credentials can be found at http remoteproctoradmin com install Note If the above does not work an alternate method is to locate the license file and remove the license manually
