    Agentivity will launch its first research paper Strengthening agency and supplier relationships through the effective application of data during Travel Technology Europe Using data collated over a year Agentivity has analysed over 3 million travel agent bookings to identify opportunities to strengthen the relationships between agency and supplier to help business and leisure travel agents build a better agency Some of the key findings include 80 of UK bookings with itinerary changes are never ticketed On average 1 6 additional changes are made per airline booking Only 16 UK mobile numbers are captured at time of booking The research paper also studies the average number of cancellations per booking the number of amendments to a booking pre and post ticketing and most importantly the time taken by agents to make these changes All of this data is invaluable to the agent when negotiating with suppliers The research paper further explores the benefits and importance of collecting these key metrics Agentivity will be showcasing some of these findings at TTE2016 and demonstrating how data can empower agents to be in control of operational efficiency supplier relations customer quality assurance and missed revenue opportunities To find out more and receive your copy
