    in some of the finest stemware from the Czech Republic By the next day it was back to the JIC to begin working with the founders and prepare them for the upcoming pitch contest Czech founders working hard on their pitches during day 1 of the Startup Funding Eurotour Many had much to learn but showed great potential Between the hours they put in to refine their pitches to when their presentations were ready for the investors eyes the improvements were tremendous Czech founders still working hard On Day 2 of the Startup Funding EuroTOUR it was showtime Armed with their finely tuned pitch decks and lessons learned from coaching the founders were ready for our investors Back in San Francisco CA our three esteemed panelists were Max Shapiro angel investor and member of Keiretsu Forum Paul Twombly angel investor and member of Angels Forum Tom Cervantez angel investor and Founder and President of Harvard Angels and Chris Burry investor and Co CEO of US MAC With a surprisingly reliable Skype connection the nine founders proceeded to present their companies in 5 minutes to our panel who then had 5 minutes for Q A and feedback At the end of the 10 minutes the panelists gave each company a score on a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being Needs Work and 5 being Great Work After all nine pitches some intuitive questions and much invaluable feedback our three winners were Click2Stream SportCentral and Designeros Congrats I could not be happier with the hard work and job well done by all of the founders We wrapped up at about 8 30 PM Prague time and so it was time to celebrate The whole crew after an intense pitch session via Skype to investors in SV Good times were had
