myself I first learned about lucid dreaming when I was twelve and succeeded in becoming lucid within a couple days but woke up shortly after because of the excitement However I never committed fully until now I recently moved from New York to a much quieter area in the south and I ve been able to recall my dreams far more at least one every night I write them down on my phone after slowly waking up and later in the day if I have the time I sketch any particular image that stood out to me It s been almost a month now and I ve had only one successful lucid dream I was able to stay in the dream for a while and even got to control the space around me I ve read about the healing you can accomplish with lucid dreaming and eventually I hope to confront the fears that affect me on a daily basis And you know fly and visit ice cream planets and all that other cool stuff This website has been a huge help in learning the basics of lucid dreaming and has provided me with an endless list of sources to look into more I want to thank all of you for your posts and the wonderful responses from the regular users you are more helpful than you know darkryder Posts 2 Joined 17 Jan 2016 06 27 Top Re Greetings everyone by shutterbugjen 17 Jan 2016 19 23 Hi Ana Glad you decided to jump in and join the discussion Post made via iPhone for a dreamer night s the only time of day Jack Feldman Santa Fe shutterbugjen Posts 84 Joined 18 Dec 2015 14 59 Top Display posts from previous All posts 1 day 7 days 2 weeks

solar system It appears at a certain level lucid dreaming is more real then this so called reality we have known for so long This reality we have been in for much too long is so dense and limiting lucid dreaming is a definite step in a direction that will help free the minds and spirits on this planet I believe this is a progressive board and love the direction of thought it promotes I appreciate a place like this so for all the workers that help keep it going and Rebecca for her creativity in bringing this board to life a heart felt thank you for putting it up and keeping it going Namaste geo Thought emotion creative energy in your reality Raise your vibration becoming like Teflon In this state lower vibrations you come in contact with will not affect you stunting your future and life you desire and so richly deserve geo Posts 3 Joined 17 Jan 2016 01 05 Location Currently USA for the next month or so Top Re new member geo by shutterbugjen 17 Jan 2016 04 19 Welcome Geo I look forward to having conversations and discussions with you about lucid dreaming I m new to the concept and it is truly remarkable how real things are in a lucid dream and I ll admit it has made me question reality and think about consciousness Fascinating stuff Please jump in to some great discussions that are already active for a dreamer night s the only time of day Jack Feldman Santa Fe shutterbugjen Posts 84 Joined 18 Dec 2015 14 59 Top Re new member geo by mikeman7918 17 Jan 2016 04 51 We have a lot in common Geo May we have many lucid dreams about exploring space Post made via iPhone

concept that our experience with the world is just an illusion created from sensory information and I know about things like the simulated multiverse hypothesis on an intellectual level but that was the first time that it really registered for me that if none of this were real then I would be none the wiser It was a very strange experience EDIT reworded it so it doesn t sound like I believe the simulated multiverse to be anything more then a hypothesis Post made via iPhone Last edited by mikeman7918 on 14 Jan 2016 20 22 edited 1 time in total mikeman7918 Posts 9 Joined 14 Jan 2016 16 54 Location Utah USA Top Re Another new dreamer by Prince Demitri 14 Jan 2016 20 03 Welcome Mike I ve had similar realizations and thoughts about the simulated multiverse hypothesis I honestly don t know what to think about that but its led to some interesting conversations with friends Cheers Oneironaut experience 28 years Average LDs per month Usually 16 to 30 depending on whether or not I want to I enjoy helping others and answering questions Prince Demitri Posts 168 Joined 30 Dec 2015 11 47 Location Eugene Oregon USA Top Re Another new dreamer by mikeman7918 14 Jan 2016 20 19 I should clarify that when I said none of this could be real I meant that it s possible that it s it real Just like you I simply entertain the idea Post made via iPhone mikeman7918 Posts 9 Joined 14 Jan 2016 16 54 Location Utah USA Top Re Another new dreamer by Prince Demitri 14 Jan 2016 20 44 That what I understood you to mean my friend Oneironaut experience 28 years Average LDs per month Usually 16 to 30 depending on whether or not I want to I enjoy helping others and answering questions Prince Demitri Posts 168 Joined 30 Dec 2015 11 47 Location Eugene Oregon USA Top Re Another new dreamer by shutterbugjen 15 Jan 2016 15 58 Hi Mike Welcome to the group I love your ideas of things you want to accomplish in lucid dreams Especially the pound of bacon Yum lol I want to explore coral reefs explore all the planets in our solar system and sing a duet with Bing Crosby I ve had three lucid dreams and it is baffling just how real it all feels I ve been reading the book Lucid Dreaming Gateway to the Inner Self by Robert Waggoner and he talks in great length about talking to the dream and conversing with dream figures to probe deeper into one s own consciousness I once asked a dream figure What do you represent and she replied Your childhood This was in a dream where I was faced with an ethical dilemma and needed to be reminded about what I already knew I believed about the situation Anyhoo The next time I become lucid I am planning to ask a dream figure about the nature
