up soon after becoming lucid However during the last LD a few nights ago I remembered the hand rubbing technique that I had read up about and utilised it which helped me stay in the dream I ended up dreaming what felt like hours I just let myself explore the spontaneity of the environment without trying to manipulate it which I tried to do unsuccessfully in my previous LD Another thing I did which helped stay in the environment was feeling things with my hands in this case the rough texture of the walls I also saw myself in a mirror but it was a normal reflection There was a door at some point and before opening it I tried to imagine something behind it and when I did it was blank So I realised it s not the time to be trying to create yet And when I forced something positive I created an unpleasant interior with dark corridors and loud music I somehow knew though in the dream that forcing it wouldn t work I am guessing I need to be well established and comfortable in just being in the dream before I can start manipulate the environment

been suffering from depression for the past couple of years So in my lucid dream i can normally change scenes and stuff but its hard for me to control the other people in my dreams Its like im having a constant struggle of control and i dont know how i can fix it I asked one of them in the dream and they said because i have so many conflicting beliefs problems but i dont know if that means anything or just my self conscious just bullshitting If anyone has help much appreciated Merk7 Posts 1 Joined 26 May 2015 20 23 Top Re Hard for me to control anything by Kitfox 30 May 2015 18 25 Merk7 I m also returning to LD after a long hiatus I often begin my lucid dream by entering a dim room with no furniture and little light It is often difficult for me to get out of the room and fly away However as time has passed and I m getting more practice I realize that my difficulties have to do with my conditioning to the awake world of of earthly gravity material walls and various mental and emotional limitations My brain has a hard time believing I can fly or change the scene and is just too used to thinking in limiting terms What s been helpful is to develop an anticipatory frame of mind and to think about how my mind works with expectations and visualizing in the waking world I ve started meditation again especially on visual images in order to sharpen and stabilize my concentration I also try not to think through what I do in the dream but rather to visualize what I want to do as clearly as I can and this seems to help Kitfox

back they and any other DC s are gone The lone time there was a DC I was in an LD without any and started asking why there wasn t anyone for me to talk to and the strangest thing happened Myself from roughly a year or two ago appeared I used to have a beard and snake bites I also dressed completely differently and this version of myself was rather aggressive and insulting towards me and wouldn t answer any questions The only thing that really stuck out is he told me to give up chasing the cat which oddly enough a different lucid dream of mine started out in a dark area and I was following a cat So far the only successful LD goal I ve accomplished occured when I asked what the source of fear was A pink orb appeared and took me to a place I can only describe as hell but I was completely calm seeing it The orb took me back to where I started when I asked it to so I then asked how to get rid of fear and it said To embrace peace and love as is the duty of all men I then had a lengthy conversation with it that I vaguely remember parts of So has anyone ever dealt with things like this I would like to ask some things like seeing a past life or ask some in depth questions about the functioning of the universe I know a lot of people think you re only interacting with your subconcious in a dream but from what I saw with the pink orb and some things I ve heard others like Robert Waggoner talk about there is a higher conciousness behind the dream Thoughts When asked how to

am using Binaural Beats I am able to recall songs and have them play for me but it is different than just having a song stuck in my head As far as I am concerned I am actually hearing the songs even though I know that nothing but the Binaural Beats are playing You have very good imagination skills then I have practiced meditation and have had OBEs in the past so that may have helped with being able to do this but I was wondering if anyone else has experimented with anything like this This me cant do this but my tulpa I created can imaginary friend one can say He s played music and its like I m actually listening to it in reality the only difference is that it will suddenly start playing inside my head It s awesome he s capable of playing music things I don t think I ve ever heard in real life He once did things with xmas carols and put them to heavy metal music or something like that another time he had a whole orcastra playing them I don t though have control myself over it my subconsciousness the tulpa does It seems you have natural ability skills to do this just like how some people have photographic memory and can imagine everything how they ve previously seen it The only thing to fear is the fear itself taniaaust1 Posts 2912 Joined 07 Feb 2013 15 32 Location Adelaide South Australia Top Re Binaural Beats and mental music by Leond 28 Apr 2015 19 53 taniaaust1 wrote This me cant do this but my tulpa I created can imaginary friend one can say taniaaust1 wrote my subconsciousness the tulpa does The idea of a tulpa is really interesting Is your tulpa always there when you dream kind of like a dream guide or how does that work Did you intentionally create your tulpa or did he kind of just start showing up as you kept lucid dreaming I am kind of interested in how tulpas and such work and looking into making one myself Leond Posts 14 Joined 25 Apr 2015 16 25 Top Re Binaural Beats and mental music by taniaaust1 12 May 2015 13 49 No he isn t there when I dream actually Ive never clearly experienced him in a dream I may of a little once but couldn t after remember him but more like a knowing that I think he was there I ve experienced him clearly during the day when Im awake he manifests himself through things Im staring at eg his image can appear or I ve experienced him in other ways eg such as the day with the music inside my head I intentionally created him The first I accidently created a very long time ago while playing around with some occultic stuff that went crazyily haywire and things went wrong and scary and I didn t play with tulpas for over
