run on the top defensive talent over the next dozen picks or so sprinkled with the three maybe four top rated offensive tackles By the time the first round hits the 20 s beauty will be in the eye of the beholder unless that beholden team is also desperate for a quarterback That could remove Paxton Lynch or Connor Cook and leave even more defensive players on Thompson s board So here are the handful of players that might be availabe when the Pack s number comes up Jarron Reed DT Alabama If Thompson is intent on filling B J Raji s spot at nose tackle Reed would fit the bill He s much better against the run than collapsing the pocket much like Raji was when he came to town as a top 10 pick Andrew Billings DT Baylor A slightly shorter but heavier version of Reed Teams drafting in front of the Packers are more likely to deplete the defensive end pass rushing linebacker talent pool leaving two of the better inside linemen on teh board Noah Spence DE Eastern Kentucky He s almost certain to drop to late in the first round and even further after his addiction to Ecstasy got him kicked out of Ohio State and the Big Ten He not only got to the passer last season he passed every drug test A huge character risk Thompson has avoided in the past but talent might trump the trouble Reggie Ragland LB Alabama He s the popular choice in most mock drafts but some have him going as high as 15 Questions about his coverage ability might scare some teams in this pass happy NFL era but if ever a player matched best available and most pressing need it might be this Crimson Tide linebacker

a long time resident of Sheboygan County where she resides with her husband Leigh How to Choose The variety in patterns is amazing solid colors splashes blotches streaks flecks margins and veins Color intensity varies depending on sunlight heat sensitivity and other conditions The term sun coleus refers to selections that tolerate more sun The varieties with dark leaves tend to tolerate more sun while lighter varieties need more shade to minimize leaf scorch Morning sun and dappled afternoon shade tends to maintain consistent colored foliage Too little light will encourage a weak stemmed less vigorous plant without the best color Another variable to consider is leaf texture which includes large small twisted elongated scalloped lobed finger like and duck s foot they resemble webbed feet Coleus can be grouped into the three plant forms that fit the recipe for a successful container spiller trailing over edge of pot thriller tall and upright or filler rounded So there should be a coleus to fit your needs and compliment the other plants in your grouping Frequent snipping pinching and trimming can help modify form By removing the flower spikes as they develop and keeping the plant pinched back Coleus can even be kept growing indoors as a perennial for several seasons Not all varieties are sold every year Buyers and the three big box retailers with garden centers Lowes Walmart and Home Depot determine what will be in stores Brokers often represent smaller nurseries who are often leery of investing in newer varieties of plants Who can blame them Gardeners are looking for new plants every year and hybridizing them is an extensive process and expensive business Plant coleus after danger of frost has passed when soil temperatures have warmed sufficiently and evening temperatures are above 60 degrees F Feed plants
